Hello, I try to unlock nokia 2690 with failed result, I contact siroya by pm but he cant give me right code or refund, I am waiting for 1 week, any product supporter could help me, response please where sent box serial number, this is the log:

I think you need to RESET COUNTER with anyone tool. and than enter code.

tryed resetting counter
entering the code the same error please team help

off course, I reset the counter before insert the code, thank anyway for your time, but the problem is the code, not region, not counter.

This require a product supported that recalculate or refund, 9 days and counting the wait.

yes, the nokia 2690 that failed unlock is from, in the log you could read that.
What can i do now? the product supporter dont refund and dont send me the right code.

you don't understand? cell is from telcel mexico, and nck insert is not allowed.

code is right but phone don't take it...

How could it be? We (your customers) pay for UNLOCK, not for TRY....
