Hello, I need help with this box I bought for 15 days to ipmart, the registered my name, but I could not use it. Every time I read a Nokia phone is not detected, either by cable or usb dongle, here I'll let the pictures I took when I tried to unlock a nokia 3120c and nokia 2630. are you using yellow tx2 adapter ?

use the rj45 socket on the RiGHT SIDE of the box bro
on dct4.... try to use UFC.... not easy cable

i think it is cable problem...

on 3120c.... i think you did not use yellow cable adapter...

or try to uncheck "ues tx2

if it still fails... try other cables... 3120c is sometimes hard to connect... try to scratch the charcoals/ black covering on the phone's PINOUT interface...

I use the yellow cable for them bb5 and connect it of the right side of the box, have proved for cable rucksack and tweezers, but it does not detect me ningun cellular. Do not be what happens with the box, I could register it well, and it opens me well the software, even it me puts the telephones in place mode, but he does not read them, gives mistake.
