Your box is new ? is under warranty ?

Do you try to conect a phone and try to read phone info ?

If is under warranty, and you cant work properly, then you must contact your reseller to exchange your box.

Code:

Box Selftests Failed -> Core Supply Voltage test failed, 2.14v 
is out of valid range

This error can be a HW fault ( in this case you can´t work with the box ) or an resistor calibration error ( in this case you can work wit the box )

If your box, not under warranty or IF you contact your reseller and he AUTHORIZE to open the box, you can check if the internal voltage regulator of the AT32U3A1512 ( IC1 ) ( The big 100 pin IC ) is OK: at PIN # 12 you must have 3,3V and at PIN # 11 you must have 1,8V. If you get this values, then is only calibration resistor error, and nothing to worry......
