Problem with Cyclone Box


Hello everybody

please we have several problems with this box.

We have installed, activated, but we canīt work with it.

I installed the new update that i checked into this forum, but not works.

i donīt know what is the problem.

We we push in Maintenance appears this message:

And when we pick in DCT4/../..

We tried to unistall all the software and inicializated all a lot of times, but the problem continue.

if u not registered with the box at cyclone team it will not work u should register the box,and ur user name must be entered and make the credits on it

I searched this file in my computer, but i didnīt find it.
What can i do?

i tried to restart all the process, we unistall the box, and installed again, but i didnīt found the file '.iss' that u said me.

Send a PM to Siroya with your box serial number.. it needs a new firmware update.
