wr back your rpl then repair sd/simlock if needed..
if you can't back it w/ cyclone use other tools that you have..

If not
first repair SIMLOCKS and security Area now ..as it cant read it ..
Also what about the Selft tests logs post here ..

because your top board and lcd are 5300, if you want you can convert it to 5200 by simply replacing the top board and lcd(use 5200 top board and lcd off course)
