How to repair "Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer" with Cyclone Box?


I recive phone not accept any SIM and:
CONFIG KEY: 0000000000000000
PROVIDER KEY: 0000000000000000
Provider: Unknown provider

I'm buy RPL file after write, get Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer.
try pm full with JAF but can't connect SX4 server.

write PMfull SX4 bypass with Cyclone Box is OK but problem still, tryed 6120c_Rapido_erase file, flash, write RPL, write PM full without 308, but still Start-up failed....

You made only one mistake...
when you write the full pm without 308 (and without 120 in you case as it is a Rapido Sl2 mobile) you must use SX4 authorization not SX4 Bypass so untick where says use sx4 bypass ;-)
Start again from erase, Rpl, Sx4, PM

Load as in Flash TAb and Press flash (make sure u have backup made)
when done phone will be dead
now load latest Flash files and press flash ...when done restore Backup and proceed with ur operations
