if android version is not 2.1 or 2.2 then we should full flash the phone previously to another firmware or how we should do that to have 2.1 or 2.2?

me also the same problem w/him
my account deducted 10 credit but can't open xperia unlocker
i remove anti virus and reinstall new application but same problem cant open.

1 conect the phone
2 install companion
3 only charge
Wich one I have to choose?
