GSM-Forum - how to use cyclone box new user

i just bought cyclone box yesterday and i did all process i mean activate my box and every thing. and did repair one contract service 5220 by cyclone but one thing i dont understand there is 2 option to put rj 45 cable one is (service) and second is (diagnostic).
its only read phone on service and with out yellow adapter that com with box phone read well but when i put yellow adapter phone does not read . and second thing. there sx4 bypass. one in common and other in bb5 /security/simlock .witch one to use if want to write pm file. i did use bb5 sx4 bypass. thats in common and my phone is ok but now showing imie 12345 ?.befor imie was ok. and how to atuo slect file. i mean ini.
and if i want to unlock bb5 phone what option need tick,thanks how some one will reply and help me to use this good product
