SImlock is fine, you have problems with the PM308. Write back any rpl back-up if you have or do "create rpl from phone" and write it back then check again the simlock
You can try as well to full flash it again

With this device usb simlock code when the device has failed. was the contact service. need to ask to rpl. love is an empty file. infinty usb box with the best one that can ask. but it is incorrect. I want to take with cyclone ondada gives this error. I did not spare.
