hy, I bought yesterday at ASCO GSM 03.10 cyclone key and can not do update

Establishing Connection with Box in Main Mode...
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader], [Platform: Classic]
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Quality Check Application], [Platform: Classic]
Initializing box...
Box Firmware: Cyclone Quality Check Application v02.05, (Aug 25 2012 01:28:42, gcc v4.3.3, RTOS V6.0.1)
Initialization has failed -> Box firmware is obsolete, please upgrade it

BootAgent didn't sent Secure Data

install cyclonev1.22

install box driver

open cyclone and run box wizard......
