I can't use NO TP LUMIA SOLUTION and I have 199 credits!! - GSM-Forum

Hi , I have CycloneBox SN : C000**** and Card Serial : D00C**** with 199 Credits ( I already check ) and I can't use "Lumia No TP".
I'm also using last version v02.20, and in "Box Wizard" I already update but STILL DON'T WORK.

Im trying to contact with supporters but no response !!!
Can anyone help me?
