Cannot add image files or flashfile problem - GSM-Forum

In DCT4 i cannot add a single file and in BB5 also always failed.here is error logs

Which Windows u using Along with Which Service PACK ?
As Access Violation error is weird in ur case..
try Removing Cyclone BOX setup restart System and Install Again...

no need to check SP now
sa i am using Windows XP with Service pack 3 and cyclone new exe is working perfect on it

just uninstall whole setup
restart ur pc
install the latest installer
after that
you need replace Cyclone.exe in C:\Program Files\CycloneBox\, on following: http://www.***************/downloads/Cyclone.exe

and after that post result here

Everytime i download that exe this is the error.
Cannot copy Cyclone:Access is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

I cannot download that exe.

first close cyclone software
and after that replace

Turn Off your Anit-Virus
and
make sure you have windows .net framworks installed.

I did not even run the software. The problem is the downloading of the exe.Even after fresh restart same error.

u need cyclone.exe file

It may be Registry Problem.

No answer from product supporter? My problem is not yet solved.About registry cleaner software i'm afraid to use it because of my other boxes especially HWK.Not worth to risk my other boxes for one box Cyclone.I'm waiting solution from product supporters.

install new operating system
or change PC

Just off your Antivirus. than Download again.

Maybe my OS but have to wait before format because all my boxes are still doing good with this OS.Only Cyclone box is giving me trouble.Cant afford to format this time.Someday i will, so my new cyclone box is sitting pretty as of the moment waiting product supporter to figure any other solution other that format.
