Just make sure your internet connection is OK, better if you don't run other aplications that use internet.

Just have patience and let the Box finish the upgade proccess

I think this solved the problem.
when clicking on nokia tool gave an error or temporary hardware.
software, "said" he had an update but not worked, simply closed

opening the nokia tool i get a loop on firmware update windows. now i can do nothing.

hello some one there i have a lot of work to do and have no box for work.
