Hi.

With the last update, I'm having this:

Establishing Connection with Box in Main Mode...
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader], [Platform: Classic]
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box], [Platform: Classic]
Initializing box...
CBUS Request Error -> CBUS Problem, Lost handle (Write Pipe)
Box Firmware Version Read Failed -> No answer from CBUS
Initialization has failed -> Failed to read Box Firmware Version - Try to Maintenance Box

When I click on I get the fallow error:
Cyclone Box Service Tag: 7A87EB14E4E9709A74A088DE39E2BC8E

need help wiht my cyclone box
i have some trouble updating my cyclone i am not able to use blackberry calculator because de counter is in 0 when i try to update it says that my box is succsesfull updated but when i go to blacberry calculator i have the same massege that i need to update my card serial number is C0002757

again & again, can not update firmware, soft always ask for update but when down it's ask me for update again
