Help me to update my box i have the counter for calculate bb code in 0.

this is the error
Failed to Acquire MEP Database -> XGold/Blackberry Service is Running, but CALCULATION COUNTER is 0. UPGRADE YOUR BOX AGAIN TO CONTINUE USING SERVICE.
Please help me the soon as possible. thanks

Your problem should be solved, use box wizard and check Blackberry service, If You do a lot of Blackberry simlock, You need sometimes reset counter then You need contact with Us

My box is giving me this pop up message everytime I start up the nokia service:

Box firmware is old and needs to be updated to v02.11. Yes to proceed with upgrade.

When I click yes it says operation successful, but when I try to launch nokia service again the same message appears.

I need to use my box URGENTLY. Same problem on 2 PC.

V6.0.1), Type: Signed Production Application, (C) KarwosSoft 2012
Hardware Platform: Cyclone Reloaded Flasher Interface (c) 2012 KarwosLabs
Box Serial Number: B0001C1D

My box was working perfectly few days ago.

Use Box Wizard then download latest installer

replug your box then it must ok

still not working...it is also not connecting to USA support, however, it connects to germany support.
