n70 flaashing problem. please help


hi, i m trying to flash n70 and it flash ok but when i try to switch on its stuck on nokia logo. it doesnt go any forther. please help me what to do? have i done something wrong with chosing file or something else.

mate, this phone was working fine. we were trying to update software on nokia website and battery went dead so now im trying to flash it with cyclone.

Please UNTICK "Use TX2" and reflash your phoe again.

Cyclone is know to have issues with N70. Also 6680. It is wise to use another tool with this model.


Anyway saying that as kaisak said use TX2.


If the problem is still there then you could be flashing this phone in the incorrect way (The n70 is like the 6680 when it comes to flashing, MCU & PPM only).


When ever i flash n70 with image i get problems (like the phone would switch off after 15 minutes). If indeed its a bad flash you will need to clean the phone (format) before reflashing. Only flash with MCU & PPM.

this phone was slow so we tried to update software from nokia website, while we were updating battery went dead so phone was dead, now im trying to sort it out with cyclone. i have flashed it but its stuck on nokia logo.

Ok seems to be ppm files missing when flashing, select file manually mcusw and ppm
