N8 new dowgrade failed

i have flashe nokia n8 i was try to downgrade with new method but power went of on the way after erasing. i have security block pm and original pm but imei 12345654321. how do i write back the security block. i managed to get higher flash and load it to phone. but its not booting after the four dots window

n8 sl3 set and if u try to downgrade sl3 set u must be lost your phone RPL
so please don't try to downgrade your phone

otherwise phone lost RPL

Now u must try to auto recover Rpl with cyclone and other tool if your problem is same must contc me on sonork or yahoo
