N85 nokia logo fails and always restart after flashing with cyclone. Any help to get it back?

If it doesn't go in local mode it means you downgraded it.
do read all certs then, with "only npc" ticked click on delete all certs.
If afterward the mobile gets the local mode report

sometimes n85 hang when flex fault.........

The imei is already solved, but still the same, stays in the nokia logo and will not start.
