need help to sucesfull flahs nokia n8, having problems

Hey guys i got this n8 yseterday i needed to flash it but i got stuck in the middle of the process when it was writing flash chip and some certificates.

So i had to do a full erase i has back up of the rpl+pm
i wrote those two files agin and the phone star working again a litle beat at least the box recognize it.
But now the pone turn on but it does not show a black screen.
I do not have a lot of experience witing rpl and pm files maybe i did not do that process corectly or i am misiing a step or two.
Now i tied to flash it again to get the phone running again but the flashing process does not finish

i got the phone stuck in nokia logo but the last file can't be load it i don't know why.

I can load the last file but when i load it just that file but after i do tahnt the cel phone stay in black screen.

The flashin process have problems everytime that shows

Booting CMT...
Failed to Boot CMT -> CMT Not Responding, Phone or Cable problem
Processing Flash Image Failed -> Failed to Boot CMT
Failed to Process all Image files -> Failed to process RM596_APE_ONLY_ENO_11w36_v0.162.fpsx

in this file or any other
