I try to unlock Nokia 5800 but fail with following messages.
Please help me what I have done wrong?

You have very weird simlock state.
Try unlock with rpl calculation method, if it isn't really SL3 phone.

Check the length of the PM fileld 120:2 if it is 20bytes you can fix it with rpl calculation unlock method, but if it has 130 bytes than it is SL3 phone, probably with damaged simlock and it cannot be fixed without rpl, yet..
