nokia n96 big problem need help

sir today custmor brought n96 to me he said he remove battry without switching off and then put it back and phone start showing contact retailer. and then he tool it some one to fix it and he flahsed and now when switch one its only lighting on top key pad midel button and when i flashed it its show white screen i dont not have backup and i flash it with version 12 can i flash this phone with hight version . 3.0 i have no idea what real version its had. or any suggestion how to fix it. and phone doesn go to local mode my cable is 1000000%. i did flash lot of phone.

its not flax cable coz when i did fast repair now phone got to local mode i cant take infor but imei is 123567? i need help plz

The mobiles is with the imei 1234560..
It means error in the PM308 or NPC cert missing...
if you have not any back-up (the customer can ask the person who tried to recover the mobile in the first place if he has any) the only solution is an RPL.

i dont think the person who did it he make any back up otherwise he could have don it. is there any way to fix it without rpl. no mater imei remain 123456? and even watchdog problem. is there any way to fix it with these problem if not then i will give back this phoen to customer tomorow
