| go in server tool and click on check credits: it wil show your secure hash or your boix serial number. Copy and paste it here so we can check on the server your box. BR Alex |

| Server side is fine. Be sure to use the last version of the software and use the box wizard function to upgrade your box firmware BR Alex |
