Try doing a new firmware upgrade and please post the logs.

i have tried box maintenance but device can not connect to suite so how can i upgrade the firmware

here in pakistan all are cheater my yellow tx adapter has fault they are saying buy new box we dont have any yellow adapter so how can i solve this matter here is moosani electronic they are big cheaters why cyclone team has make them reseller they are flirting with customers
