the ASUS P7P55D DELUXE has 3 slot pci-e so you can fit them.
obviously be carefull s the needed power on the 12V if you overclock the cards can go up to 1100w and be harmfull for almost all the psu on the market so you should use 2 PSU to manage the cards

atm i use for the the 6990 700WATT SILENT PRO & its work fine
if i add the 2X5970 i ill add a 1000watt for only the 2 cards
it should work fine right ?
