can i sue it to calculate sl3 codes and how long?

nVIDIA cards are too slow (not suitable for SL3)
buy some ATI Radeon HD58xxx or newer series

thanks for the quick response.

but since at the moment this is the only card i have and 900w psu and win xp (planning to put win 7) is it still possible to do sl3 logs and how long will it take to calculate a single log?

What brand is the power supply unit? If you have no name, this will not work.

eXtreme Power Supply Calculator put here your harwer and you will see what power you need , and on it put another 25 % more power and it will work ok , if you use brand name power unit .

2x7970 working at 6000 mhash/sec will give you one mobile in max 42 hours: using 3 of them at 1100 mhz you will get 10.000 mh/s which means a mobile in max 24 hours
