I have problem with cyclone box
when trying to access support zone error messages are
'micro time taken tag not found'
or
'fail to obtain support ticket'

box also doesn't show that it has any credits.

Box is new and never been used

if you have Cyclone Box Reloaded is OK not to have credits because it doesn't have a card.
For the problem with the server many have that problem also...check here and don't post before reading:

It is reloaded version.
I didn't see anything from Cyclone team about not including credits with new cyclone.

If there is no smart card how is the box authorized with server?

Because all options activated with new box..,you don't need credits to any except sl3 unlock
