I've installed all the flash, but they all appear in the window product.
what should do to go, although I have set the path that should
Please know there Have any for this?
Please help.

to add the path just go in config/path and add the path where you have your flash files
If once you select the product you can't retrieve the variants, go in the cyclone box main folder and edit using notepad the file setting.ini
add the "\" (backslash) at the end of the path
sample
C:\program files\nokia\phoenix\products
became
C:\program files\nokia\phoenix\products\
save the file and open again Cyclone then retry
