problem with my box [SOLVED]

hi! all
The problem I have is that the cyclone box gives this error when actulice software 1.0.0.8552. the error is as follows.and the four LEDs are on the box

Click "Yes", you need to update your Box FW to v01.21 ( your box have v01.16 ).

I did the procedure, click on YES and he says this.

again says that box is old and needs firmware be upgraded to v01.21, click yes to proceed with upgraded. I clik yes again and says it has failed Initialization -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode. the 4 leds of the box is on.

Close the DCT4/WD2/BB5 soft, unplug the box, replug the box ( check if see "Connected [Bootloader Mode]" at the bottom part of the soft ) then go to Box Maintenance and update the FW.

To solve:

Initialization has failed -> Security Card is expired.

Go to "Card manager" and do a "Fill credits"

Pased the infos to be fixed on the server.. when ready I'll let you know so you can update yopur box firmware again
