my box does not start

I'm using the latest update

Box Serial Number: C0001D11 2009, Card Serial Number: D600012D

CBUS Request Error -> CBUS Problem, Lost handle (Write Pipe)
Box Firmware Version Read Failed -> No answer from CBUS

go in control panel/program manager and uninstall lilusb
