| same like u i face this problem today but i have backup of pm so wrote it back the phone was back in normal position. |

| did you update the firmware and answered yes when doing the unzip of the update it asked to overwrite? Please have a check at both and remember to use the yellow adaptor and if you have any a good solution for the power and / or Bsi problem like the TMA adapter or similar. BR Alex |

| Its really strange i never ever get Contact service After Unlocking any Supported BB5 phones... Only Trick is do it in proper way with correct cable adapter and Needed Mode |

| Oh, believe me it's almost not possible, however if u occur such problem jiust write Unlock PM again and Unlock again... |
