hi
I wanted to flash a nokia 5230 with ufc cable and voila the error message I get it noted that the first time I used ufc Cable

Code:

Booting CMT...
CBUS Request Error -> CBUS Problem, Lost handle (Write Pipe)
Failed to Boot CMT -> No answer from CBUS
Prepare phone failed with message -> Failed to Boot CMT
CBUS Request Error -> CBUS Problem, Lost handle (Write Pipe)
Failed to Check BB5 Flashing Bus  -> Failed to Boot / Prepare Phone

Always use ufc cable with mx key only

I wanted to know if anyone has a tutorial or if I can make a tutorial how to connect a phone bb5 box is using the cyclone with ufc cable because I never managed to wane a phone with a cable ufc

@ abdullah sheikh

1º mx is a dongle and it dont have f-bus port, for work with it you need a third party Box.

2º that dongle works with UFS / JAF, and Cyclone is compatible with UFS / JAF Pinout ( with BB5 phones you must use the provided TX2 adpter )

UFC is not a product from Cyclone Team, you must check in your UFC manufacturer web / support section for videos / user manual.

( here you have for GPG UFC ) UFC - The Universal Fbus Cable-Home

remember to use the TX2 adapter when works with BB5 phones

when work with DCT4: Box Service port ----> UFC ----> Phone ( try diferent BSI values till get stable localmode )

when work with BB5 : Box Service port ----> TX2 Adapter ----> UFC ----> Phone ( try diferent BSI values till get stable localmode )

If you have GPG UFC V2 ( 8 Pin leg and 10 Pin leg ) use the 8 Pin ( 10 Pin is for MT )
