I downloaded something from support, and now everytime I download firmware my box does not recognize it..when I am about to downloading the firmware it puts as firmware name ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++ a bunch of these..How do I solve this problem...

No it is during the download screen...I go to support choose a firmware to download and it gives me a chance to put the name of the firmware and it just starts ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++popping a bunch of these.

Just tested and ALL seems to be fine, check at your side.

Support / dwnload is OK:

Downloaded FW installs OK

Cyclone Sofware retrieve the variants for the installed FW OK
