looks like:
a) the cable has a too low value BSI resistor
b) your mobile has local mode problem
you can try to go in the tab "bb5/flashing" and click on "check flashing bus": the mobile should go in local mode once done

Weird as you have a cyclone box reloaded which is able to compensate errors on the bsi value.. looks more like a local mode problem on the phone
check if the sodlering of the bsi inside the cable is fine and the bsi Pin is touching properly where due
Try as well to replace the 8.2 kohm resistor with a 10-15 kohm one.
If you need to unlock or back-up you can do it via fbus as well (remember to remove the battery when asked etc etc) but, before doing any flash, be sure you have a full back-up of this phone
if still problems you should search on the forum for local mode solution for this phone as hardware.
