me same i m waiting for 5 days with this same problem cyclone team promise me they will do it on Monday but no one come to my pc for help i m seating 17 hours waiting for them from last 5 days but i cant used my box on my pc i can used all boxes on my same pc with no problem at all

i think it is after i run the nokia tool and the box was updated. it was working before that. i am using the new version of the software.
