Report here problem with server - Failed to connect to Cyclone Server

I have the same problem on USA server:

Cyclone Server Send Command Error -> SQL Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on '74.53.199.2' (10060)
(500


I don`t have firewall enabled, i don`t have antivirus enabled.

Please can someone tell me what is the problem ?

And on Germany server i connect but i can`t see any support files.

PS: I forgot to mention that i used two different computers on two different internet providers

Just wanna know if the server is down at this moment i tried whole day 2day in Australia and i wont be able to do nothing abt it . cant update and cant do box wizard

i hav also same problm but only solved for a short time
if ur internet conection working properly then remove cyclone setup and also delete from c/program files/cyclone folder restart system......
instal cyclone new exe....check box wizard and update ur box...it will work till u did nt restart ur system,
after restart systm problm will be still..............:-)

USA server is down since long time ago, wahts happening here, there's no even one file to download, at least say something about the problem cyclone team...
