I can't make an account for Experia unlocking.

But, when i click yes it starts to recover the bootloader and then "Bootloader Data Not received from Server."
What am i gonna do now?
Is it a hardware problem or a Server problem?

I have not been able to download flash file in months...I have ordered the uneversal box because I am so unhappy with cyclone...I can,t get into the US support file, but I used to download them from the german site, but now they do not have flash files there...where is the support, where am i SUPPOSE TO FIND FLASH FILE..PLEASE HELP..
