I owned box with serial C000704D. That box was stolen from me in march. So today I've got the new one with serial B0000C6B. I use same email and user name for registration.

The problem is in that I have no credits on card. What happen with refill option?

C000...means that You had CLASSIC version, this one had on account 100 credits.
B000 means that You bought now Reloaded version- this one has on account 0 credits.
I just checked C000704D - now this box has on account 0 credits, if You would like We can block this box.
Did You buy this classic from Karwos GSM, Poland?

Yes you can block that old box. But I had 9 credits on Xperia tool (90 cyclone credits) I tried to use that credits with my nem box but I get server connection error back. Also when I buy 100 cyclone credits can I refill them like on that old cyclone?

I forgot. I Bought that first box from company name SIMEL in Croatia, but they told me to pick karwos.

Can you please give me exact answers on these questions:

1. After I buy 100 credits on this reloaded version, can I refill them like on classic?

2. Does my new account can be turned into classic according to my old classic account?

3. On the old box i din't know relation that 10 cyclone credit match 1 SE credit so by accident I spent all my cyclone credits to SE account and I did only one unlock. When I try to refill cyclone credit app doesn't let me cause my account isn't empty?
