how to reset the security code of this phone pls ?

Fbus cable : Just read it
USB: check flashing bus then read it

dear Xgold like c1-01 C2 series and also up coming series not derect reset Code you must 1st flash with new Firmware then reset then your mobile going you test mode.....
i tested 100000000% .

I have problems to read /reset security code in most of bb5 phones ....is it a bug in cyclone software ?????. only way is factory settings

Depends where it is stored the security code: if it is in the user area only flashing this one or through the factory settings you can remove it

if the counter is blocked due to many wrong codes then it help only reset or flash
