sir,my cyclone box when i am trying to update getting this error also not connects in NOKIA TOOL
so sir please guide me fo this

sir i uninstalled old ver. then installed new ver.
also setup new driver
tryied different computer but same
one thing i noted when i run nokia tool , the driver which is installed in device manager as "CYCLONE BOOTLODER" disappears( uninstalls)after tool runs
so what may be the reason ?

the main drivers and the bootloader drivers both r installed?
when u run the cyclone soft and nokia tool
then checked in device manager what new cyclone device appear?

br drivers are installed
but while i run nokia tool i can see for seconds "cyclone bootloader" changes to "cyclone box"
but disappears

iam not a new user , using from long time but i am facing this problem from last few days

so please guide me

Please use SHORTER USB CABLE or WELL SHIELDED USB 2.0 one !

yes sir i will try your solution
but iam in confusion that after trying long time i found this box is working fine in one computer only
i have three pcs , and not working on other two also same drivers is installed

the surprise is this box is not working on the computer on which this box iam using from long time
so what will be exact problem?

It may be caused of unstable or unsuficient USB power supply.
Thats why short cable is very important ( longer cable - bigger resistance - ..... ).
Box during Main FIrmware startup peaks quite much power usage (like 300-400mW) during clocks initialization, USB clock initialization, etc etc so if your port isn't enough powerfull, Box will reboot.

sir as you guided me i checked again by shortened usb power cable and also shorted the low ohms resisters (65 ohms)which are to input for d+ & d-
but not working for me , today iam tired to do one job

After entering Main Mode, any leds on box is lit?!
