team can buy EMMA III for unlock .
but are you all interested to pay 100 euro per phone for unlock ?

There are some phones of this model where no operator codes are available (e.g Yoigo Spain)
100 euros is a bit exaggerated but end user would be willing to pay a fair price, say 35 euros.
