i am trying to unlock a nokia 6111
but i get this error

Calculating SP...
Writing SP...
Failed to Unlock DCT4 Plus -> Possible cause: Other error (0x00)

what is it
and how to solve
pls help asap
it very urjent

do factory settings and retruy the unlock.
if still problems, pelase, post the full logs

it is an old asic 6 not rsa.. you can unlock it calculating the code.
