Is it possible to flash with another operator firmware and then buy a code for that operator (you flashed the phone with) to unlock the phone?

It would be nice and easy to do that. But for the moment and forever is just a dream....

No, it is not possible.
Flash have nothign in common with security data like IMEI and Simlock.
