which video card to use brute force?

I finished assembling my pc to brute force but want to hear an opinion of my colleagues:

it would be better

Graphics
3x HD 7970
2x HD 6990
4x HD 6950

I have three options which do you recommend?

better performance with less heating and less power usage
4x6950 at 900 mhz=840w power usage and 7800 megahash/sec
2x6990 at 880 mhz =900w power usage and 8000 megahash/sec

3x7970 at 1000 mhz=700w power usage and 9000 megahash/sec
