Dear supporter i want to just format fewc nokia bb5 sets,,,,but very strange to know that there is no any FORMAT option in latest EXE , ,,,if i am wrong , plz let me know that where is this option located in latest soft ?

Very surprise to know that there is NO REPLY ,,,even from support ,, still awaiting if any body knows about it.

no need the format: just download off navfirm the mass memory content and flash them
