please tell which models....

And tell conditions if code does not work.

I have got wrong code earlier and my customer will not make a proof movie.
I understand them cause its not so easy to show everything in a movie.

Sorry to say but HTC Touch HD on Play network cannot be unlocked.
Please tell us which model and what network the phone is on, we can check the status for you.
PM me the IMEI no and your purchase details, so that we can have a check for you.
