Dear product supporters,

I've found few things which are unclear here:

What are the steps when someone wants to unlock phone?
What are the working hours?
Noone explained where to place IMEI!?
How will customer get his code back once it's done with calculation?
There are contacts written but MSN one which is listed is not accepting me more than 16h on his list. Why?
Apart from that MSN contact has typo on "Prices - Payment Options - Delivery Time" thread, correct it please.

Accept all this as critics in friendly manner and try to be more detailed for your future customers that thay don't get confused as I am now.

Depends on how many credits you want to buy.
If you want like 50-100 or more credits, you get access to the server.

Once you have access you will be able to add the IMEI to the server and get the code directly from there.
If you need only 1 code, you can purchase the code for $20.
Once you make the payment, include the IMEI in the message. You will have the code emailed to your paypal address.

Prices depend on the number of credits you need.

Our service is unlocking by code/IMEI and not by software.
You give us the IMEI no of the phone and we provide you with the unlock code.
Please tell us how many credits you want to purchase.
