can,t find rxtx
when go to selftest box
here is the result

Disconnect the phone from box , and repair box firmware, if you have same problem , contact reseller change the main adapter cable for you.

Did you install FTD232 driver?

at \Drivers\Box drivers\FTD232

Check please !

if not isntaled box cant coneect right ?

but if run selftest ft232 DSR low test abnormal

try other MCN box and selftest its normaly.

try repair firmware still probelem like that.

Self Test are giving u (ft232 DSR low test abnormal) but is the box working fine?? I see the Box connects without any problem..

yes box connect without probleme,but cant detect any phone.

Try detecting an MTK cpu with Battery to confirm if clamps are working... Post Result, or add me to Messenger for faster Support.

it cant detect. rt/x led also blip blip blue light not green light when searching.

hope MCN team have solution for my probleme.

Try to change the main adapter cable and detect R/Tx.

if same issue , then box hardware get problem , contact reseller change a new box (if under warranty, if not, PM me , i will give you info send to us directly, but you need pay for delivery).

Please be patient !

whats problems with my box????

hi,

A, Disconnect multi adapter cable, box only with USB cable and 9V PW, open software do repair, then make a test .

B, Do same job on other Computer.

And post the result , let me check !
