To all customers, Due to many customer asking this question, So i make this thread to be clean . To get download permission you have to do those steps: A. You have to register a account on support forum. How do I register? B. You have to active your download permission. How do i active / Where to do ? C. How long will you can be download ? 24 months download permission Why i can not download from support section ? A. You have not register account on support area B. You have not active your download account/permission C. Your download permission expired What can i do if my download permission expired ? A. Using updater automatic get the lastest version To download the updater from here B. Send your box related details (Box SN & AC)to [email protected] to reset your account on server
