I need to test (V3.3.7) and I have problem with cpu Spreadtrum 6800H, 6803H, 6530
Please update firmware box, full support for Spreadtrum, MStar, MTK 625A, 65xx.

First we think about the problem become from Scan, pinout result incorrect, To confirm the issue, you can try to using other tools scan the pin, check if it is same scan result. if no, try to manunal setting the pinout from other box. then do next !

Second become driver problem, you can go to Device manager click the right mouse button to reinstall the SCI port driver.

I am sure your box without problem , Please check above solutions, then post result , thanks !
