As usual, Version 3.4.0 request install Suite version 2.1.4 at first,We recommend that all customers running previous versions now upgrade to new version which is available for all customers with valid, To download that from support section , You also can using updater direct upgrade your software online!

MCN can't detect Flash IC, MayBe HW problem or MCN Not Support

I can't donwload mcn support suite version 2.4.1 in support section.

With used updater only MCN_BOX_3.4.0.rar = 8.1Mb

Mcn support suite version 2.4.1 = 21.07MB


Please slove this issue.
